Sole Fitness F80 - Although the $1,499 price with shipping (SoleTreadmill.com), is the usual sales price, it is still a solid value. This is one of the best treadmills available for around $1,500. BowFlex Series 7 - The company that makes the BowFlex strength equipment, also builds some decent treadmills. The Series 7 is marked down to $1,199 with shipping on Amazon.com. This is a $200 reduction in price. Besides the price, the other reason I recommend this treadmill is due to the ninety-six 5-star reviews and past "Best Buy" ratings from a popular consumer magazine.
