If you got the money and you want the best then this is the ideal treadmill. The advantage of a commercial quality treadmill is that they are built to last. Commercial treadmill are designed for 5-10 use a day. The Pro also has 3" rollers which will extend the life of the treadbelt.

They offer a very generous 3 year labor warranty, although the 3 year parts is light. We are surprised the motor isn't bigger, but you can assume that it is a quality motor, unlike the Icon motors.
