The Smooth 9.45TV treadmill is built like a tank, and is extremely stable and solid. In fact, I would recommend you get the inside delivery. You don't want to have to carry this 315 lbs. monster into the house.

Smooth has a good reputation for quality control. The feedback I've gotten from the company is that the 9.45TV has an excellent service record. So if you want commercial quality treadmill for the home and want to be entertained while you burn the miles, this is the obvious the choice.
