Circuit training is a great way to challenge the body to perform and become stronger and more physically fit.  The ProForm 755 CrossTrainer treadmill is like having your own personal trainer to coach you through circuit training routines. 

Many treadmills that cost around $1,000 or less are rather poor in quality.  They simply are not built to last very long, and their brief warranties testify to their inferior status.

ProForm has a reputation for building decent  budget fitness equipment on the market.  For a machine in its price range, the 755 CrossTrainer is one of the better, more dependable models.  The fact that its motor is covered by a 12-year warranty shows that ProForm believes in the 755 CrossTrainer treadmill.

What Does The ProForm 755 CrossTrainer Treadmill Have To Offer?

One of the best features that is found on the ProForm 755 CrossTrainer treadmill is the Interactive Audio CrossTrainer.  This interactive audio device acts like a coach to help you get the most out of your workouts.  With verbal and visual prompts, you will know when to perform strength-training exercises and when to crank up the cardio portion of the workout.  Not only will you burn calories and fat, you will build muscle, too!

Additional features that are found on the ProForm 755 CrossTrainer treadmill include the following:

• Warranty - Although it is not listed on the site, I checked and you get a 1 year parts and labor warranty, and 12-years on the motor.

The ProForm 755 CrossTrainer treadmill is a folding treadmill, so if you are limited on space, you can fold it for easy storage.  It also inclines up to 10%, allowing you to increase the intensity of your workouts, even if you do not increase your speed.  The heart rate monitor with pulse grip sensors in the handlebars is a feature that has become more and more common in today’s treadmills.  It’s a nice feature for ensuring that you are working in your desired training zone.

Our Review – The ProForm 755 CrossTrainer Treadmill

There are plenty of inexpensive treadmills on the market.  Most of them are very low quality and, quite often, a waste of money.  The ProForm 755 CrossTrainer treadmill is not only affordable, but it is also a decent machine.  Yes, it has its limitations.  It isn’t quite as smooth and sturdy as more expensive models.  It probably won’t endure as much hard pounding as a higher quality machine.  In fact, it is really better equipped to handle walkers and light joggers than advanced runners. 

Compared to other treadmills in its price range, the ProForm 755 CrossTrainer is one of the better models.  With this machine, you get interactive coaching to guide you through cross-training routines.  What a great concept!  It’s like having your own personal trainer telling you when to take a break from the cardio exercise and work on the strength training.  As a result, you get well-rounded workouts that will lead to optimal physical fitness and help you stay fit.
