This is not a quality treadmill. We firmly believe if you want quality you should start at about $1,000. The warranty often reflects the quality of the treadmill. For a good walking treadmill check out the Smooth Fitness 5.65 or the Sole F63. Both are excellent machines with impressive warranties.

Icon manages to sell many treadmills by offering attractive features like the iFIT and the 8 week program. They add very little to the cost of the treadmill. The real costs of a treadmill are in the components like deck, motor and belt. If you are sold on the ProForm 995 we recommend the extended warranty.
