Horizon makes a decent treadmill for the money. Both the motor and the deck are reasonable at this price. The labor and parts warranty is not impressive, you may want to consider paying for an extended warranty. All things equal, for $1,000 you are getting considerably better quality then any comparable Icon treadmill.
