I believe that avoiding processed foods is the first step so that you can lose weight. They can taste fine, but packaged foods have very little nutritional value, making you consume more just to have enough vitality to get over the day. Should you be constantly feeding on these foods, transitioning to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more electricity while eating less. Interesting blog post.

Rick, both Proform and NordicTrack are built by the same company. In fact, they use many of the same components on both brands. From what I can tell the ProForm 790T and the NordicTrack 7t si are very similar. It appears the only real difference is the layout of the console. So I would go with whichever has the best price.

You will usually find some sweet deals on Black Friday. Not sure Spirit will discount, unless it is through one of their resellers. Smooth historically will will offer either some reduced prices or free add-ons like free inside delivery.

Are there traditionally an treadmill deals on Black Friday (I saw your post from smooth from last year)? I’m considering the Smooth 7.6, Sole F80, and Spirit X375/38. Most posts I saw from last year look to feature the cheaper machines. I’m close to making a purchase, but if I could have a few $$s, I could wait. Any advice on the BF deals and the machines above (or others – looking to spend $1.5k-2k for a folding treadmill with solid parts – fancy gimmicks not needed) are appreciated!

I'm not sure what is available in the U.K. If you check out my Treadmill Ratings you'll see which models I give Best Buys. You may find some in the U.K. One suggestion, if you are planning on running an hour per day, you may want to increase your spending to $1,500 or above. There are some decent running machines in that price range like the Sole F80, PaceMaster, BowFlex Series 7 and Smooth 6.45.

hi there, im looking for a treadmill with a budget of £750/$1226.43, and was wondering whether you could point me in the right direction for what would be the best treadmill for me. Im looking to go on the treadmill (running and jogging) everyday for around an 1 hour.

But there is a company out there called MAVERICK SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY they will assist you over the phone for a small diagnostic fee and narrow down to exactly what you will need.
